Resurrection and Life (John 11:25)

We welcome you to the Spirit Life Centre for All Nations, the house where Jehovah chose to honor His Name by performing signs, wonders, and miracles. Are you aware that you have stepped into the place of God’s signs, wonders, and miracles? If yes, then tune your faith heavenwards to catch the fire of the Holy Spirit for your healing, deliverance, salvation, and all of Jehovah God’s blessings.

To come to church on Sunday is not enough, but what you do when you have arrived determines everything that will happen to you and those you will receive today. You must have a clear reason and purpose of your coming today and stick to it as you beg Jehovah God and His Son Jesus Christ to have mercy upon you and locate you. For this is your day of encounter with the Hosts of Heaven, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. So get ready to catch fire.

Life is a journey, and the journey we are on as believers has been likened by Apostle Paul to a race.  Acts 20:24, “However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.”

Question - Did you ever see someone running backwards to win a race? Jehovah God wants us to run, but to run the straight race to win the prize of eternal life. There are no shortcuts to win any race, so also, there are no shortcuts to spiritual maturity; we cannot deceive God, we have to please Him by faith. As Hebrews 11:6 tells us, only faith pleases Him. So, what is faith? Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” How do we have confidence in what we do not see? Just because Jesus doesn’t pop through the clouds to show us that He is who He says He is, doesn’t mean His power and effectiveness have stopped. His power and effectiveness are even greater today than during His earthly ministry because He can be in all places at all times, through His Word by His Spirit. To run the straight race is to live your life by the Word of God as your guide, your inspiration. Your life will run smoother if you go the way of the Book called the Holy Bible. Life is good only when it is lived according to the words of the One who gave it.

The Holy Bible is the life that Jehovah God, our Creator, wants us to live here on earth and one day in Heaven. It is the Book of Life itself. It is God’s life written on paper, but enjoyed by the heart that will be dear to believe it and practice exactly as it is written in it. Once the words written in the Holy Bible can be written in our hearts, we will have the very life we are reading about in it. It is a Book of Life for those who want life from God. There is no other place where the life of God can be found except in the Holy Bible. It contains everything about Jehovah God, everything. So, when we read and do exactly as it is written in it, we stand a good chance of having every good thing it talks about. 

Prayer: Oh Lord, Jesus Christ, let Your Word abide in me, and me abide in it, for out of it rivers of living water will flow from my life to meet the needs of others. In Jesus’ Name we pray.
