THE END HAS NOT COME
Resurrection and Life (John 11:25)
Welcome to the living church of the Living God, the Spirit Life Centre for All Nations. The Holy Spirit is what we need to enjoy being in the presence of the Father and Son. Without the Holy Spirit, the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, will have no meaning in our lives. Without the Holy Spirit, the Holy Scriptures will have no meaning to us. Say, “O Holy Spirit, fall afresh upon me. Enter my soul and make my heart Your dwelling place. The Holy Spirit introduced Jesus to me. Do the introduction, Oh Holy Spirit.
Our enemies may try to strip us of outward prestige and beauty, but the wisdom and grace of Jehovah God cannot be taken from us. I mean, people may call you names that are not yours to paint you black, I mean, to make you look bad in the eyes of people, but the wisdom and grace of God cannot be taken from you. They cannot take this because it is not given by man. They were able to take Joseph’s coat of many colors, which was given to him by his father. They were able to separate him from the warm arms of his parents, but wisdom and grace, they were unable to take from him. Our enemies may separate us from friends, relatives, and country, but cannot separate us from the presence of the Lord. They may rob us of liberty and confine us in a prison cell, but they cannot shut us out of the throne of mercy and communion with God.
What promise of God are you carrying? What situation are you in now? Does it guarantee the fulfilment of that promise? Remember, Joseph was a child of promise. Did his situation in the dry pit guarantee the fulfillment of God’s promise in his life? The answer is NO. Yet he must move on, because to him the end had not come yet. If the situation you are in right now does not guarantee your future, don’t lose heart; the end has not come yet. As a child of Jehovah God, God may be taking His time to prepare you for the challenges ahead. Remember that God’s time is the best. Today, our minds are so taken up by worldly considerations that we are impatient to recognise the fact that there is an appointed time for everything. This is why we try to move the hands of the clock forward by hook and crook, to beat the gun, we kill, join cults, steal, and destroy.
Assuming Jesus had been impatient when His brothers urged Him to show off in public before the appointed time, He may have been killed by His enemies who were looking for Him at all costs (John 7:3-8). The same thing happens to us today. When we are impatient, we tend to disregard the fact that there is a time for everything. We all know that when it is time to start a race, everybody waits for the sound of the gun, but in our daily lives, the opposite is the case. In an attempt to beat the gun, we discover that we are the worse for it; we pay dearly for it. If any person beats the gun, that person would be called back to begin afresh, while others are still waiting patiently for the sound of the gun. This is what we mean by the saying, “More haste, more speed”, meaning that if you are in a haste to achieve something, you are likely to make costly mistakes that would pull you back, if not down. This is exactly what is happening today. In an attempt to beat God’s appointed time, we get ourselves entangled with conditions we are likely unable to meet, thus jeopardizing our career and the promises of God in our lives. In an attempt to beat God’s appointed time, many old people find themselves in a situation where they have to do what they ought to have done when they were young.
Beating God’s appointed time takes you back, if not down. So now, no matter what you are seeing in your life, no matter the situation you are in now, whether it guarantees the fulfillment of Jehovah God’s promise in your life or not, the key is not to be worried or anxious but to wait for God’s appointed time. “JUST AS A NURSING MOTHER NEVER FORGETS THE LITTLE BABY ON HER BACK, HOW MUCH MORE GOD WHO GAVE THE BABY”. Meaning God will never forget you and has never forgotten you. Think about it, child of Father; think about what I am saying. And rest in the place your heavenly Father has for you, I mean sit back in faith and wait patiently for the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit to fulfil His divine promise in your heart and life. Isaiah 64:4 says, “… God works perfectly for those who wait for Him”…. In other words, “God works perfectly for those who wait for His appointed time”. I want you to say with me: “OH Holy Spirit of patience; forgive my grumbling, forgive my complaining” in Jesus’ Name.
I want you to make these confessions along with me:
How can I talk about sickness when the Holy Bible says in Isaiah 53:5 that by His wounds, I am healed?
How can I talk about weakness when the Holy Bible says in Psalm 27:1 that my God is the strength of my life?
How can I talk defeat when the Holy Bible says in Romans 8:37 that we are more than conquerors through Christ?
How can I talk about bondage when the Holy Bible says in John 8:36 that the Son has set me free?
How can I talk about lack when the Holy Bible says in Philippians 4:19 that my God shall supply all my needs?
How can I talk about confusion when the Holy Bible says in Psalm 27:1 that the Lord is my Light and my Salvation?
Because Someone is watching out for me, I refuse to make a bad confession. Because Someone is recognising my effort, I refuse to make a bad confession. Because Someone is listening to my praise, I refuse to make a bad confession.
Thank you very much for coming today and fellowshipping with us right here at the Spirit Life Centre for All Nations. For help, call the Name Jesus Christ with faith in your heart, and the Helper will be sent to you. God bless you and keep you for salvation.
